With an extensive history in the design, development, and construction industry, Kevin Henry lends a unique view to managing the inherent risks of a development.  His experience as an Architectural Designer, Construction Manager, Developer, and Owner’s Representative enables him to approach any situation with an understanding of the needs and expectations of all parties. It is with this knowledge that he focuses the team on finding effective solutions, quickly and efficiently, with the best interests of his clients at the forefront.

 

With experience spanning over two decades in the industry, Kevin has provided leadership in managing more than $2.8 Billion of design and construction, including new and existing Multi-Family, Resort / Hospitality, and Senior Living communities.  His collaborative team approach recognizes the value of bringing out the best qualities of all team members – consultant or Owner – to deliver a marketable asset to the community.
